Terms of Service

Introduction

Welcome to the AI Agent platform services provided by Shanghai Mooland Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "Mooland"), including but not limited to SellGuard (e-commerce AI operations), OpsGuard (AI zero trust security gateway), and EdgeGuard (privacy-first edge AI monitoring), collectively the "Service".

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

1. Service Description

SellGuard — E-Commerce AI Operations

• Real-time e-commerce data monitoring (competitor pricing, inventory, BSR rankings)
• AI-powered repricing, ad optimization, and inventory-linked decisions
• Alert notifications (WebSocket, Webhook, Email)
• REST API integration services

OpsGuard — AI Zero Trust Security Gateway

• Zero trust access and identity authentication
• SSH/Telnet command auditing and session recording
• Multi-gateway unified management and ops automation
• Compliance assistance features

EdgeGuard — Privacy-First Edge AI Monitoring

• Image-free fall detection using mmWave radar
• Offline voice recognition with two-way confirmation
• On-device local processing, data never uploaded to cloud

Actual features are subject to each product's current offering. We may add, adjust, or discontinue features with prior notice.

2. Account & Security

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized access to your account
• You may not transfer, lend, or share your account with others

3. User Conduct

When using the Service, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

• Engage in any illegal or harmful activity
• Infringe on intellectual property or trade secrets of others
• Use data obtained through the Service for unfair competition
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Abuse API calls in ways that affect service stability
• Use OpsGuard for illegal network intrusion or circumvention of lawful restrictions
• Conduct unauthorized security testing on third-party devices or networks

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

• All software, technology, algorithms, UI designs, trademarks, and documentation in the Service are owned by or licensed to Mooland
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use these materials without our written permission
• Data generated through your use of the Service belongs to you. We use it only as necessary to provide the Service

5. Data Usage & Compliance

The Service retrieves data via official e-commerce platform APIs in strict compliance with their developer agreements. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

OpsGuard may only be used for lawful enterprise network security and operations purposes, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Disclaimers

• AI Decision Support: AI analysis and suggestions are for reference only and do not constitute guarantees for business decisions. Final decisions are your responsibility
• Data Accuracy: We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee the accuracy of data from third-party platform APIs
• Platform Changes: Changes to e-commerce platform APIs may affect certain features; we will adapt but are not liable for resulting losses
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, policy changes, cyberattacks, or telecommunications failures
• EdgeGuard: Fall detection is algorithm-based with inherent false positive/negative rates. It does not replace professional medical monitoring or human caregiving

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mooland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

In no event shall Mooland's total liability to you exceed the total service fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Modification & Termination

• We may upgrade, adjust, or discontinue features with prior notice
• You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time
• We may immediately terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms
• Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as required by law or business needs. Material changes will be communicated through prominent notice (website announcements, in-app messages, or email) in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you should stop using the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan). Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first, or submitted to the competent courts in Shanghai.
